"We are getting a puppy". Thats what I wrote on a note for Becky to read. She is in kindergarden, And between lunch and playing she sounded everything out. She didn't get the whole sentence until we were in the car on the way to walmart to pick up the supplies. Then everyone got very excited. We have been shopping for an indoor dog for a few months. We found the breed we wanted, just not the right puppy. But now we have her. Kind of an early Christmas present for the family. She is way too cute. She is a miniature schnauzer. And we are going to call her Minnie. She is 6 weeks old. We love too much already. She met the kids this evening and tomorrow we will take her out when its nice and sunny to meet the rest of the "family" (horses, chickens, turkeys, Duke and Kitty Meow). Hopefully everyone will get along.
